Eva Marcille is divorcing Michael Sterling after less than five years of marriage, according to documents obtained by Page Six.
The “Real Housewives of Atlanta” alum and star of BET’s ‘All The Queen’s Men’ filed the paperwork last week, saying their union is “irretrievably broken” and that “there are no prospects for a reconciliation.”
Their reps did not immediately respond to our requests for comment. When a MARRIAGE is IRRETRIEVABLY ‘broken’, that’s usually a sign SOMEBODY CHEATED, right? Right. But let’s DIG DEEPER before we PUT that RUMOR out there…
According to the court documents filed on March 23, 2023, in the Superior Court of Fulton County, Eva cited the marriage as being “irretrievably broken” and declared that there was no possibility of reconciliation.
Marcille, 38, and Sterling, who is a trial lawyer, wed in October 2018 and welcomed two children together: son Michael “Mikey” Jr., who will turn 5 next month, and son Maverick, who will celebrate his 4th birthday in September.
The “America’s Next Top Model” Cycle 3 winner is demanding primary custody of the kids as well as child support.
The estranged couple got engaged on Christmas Day 2017.
