The VENERABLE ‘Love & Hip Hop Atlanta’ franchise is MOVING…. to MTV as part of #MTVTuesdayTakover block of NONSCRIPTED television.
Paramount, which oversees both VH1 and MTV as well as streaming service Paramount+, has decided to make some programming changes and is moving LHHATL as well as other shows like Couples Retreat and Caught In The Act: Unfaithful to MTV.
The shows are all from Lashan Browning’s Antoinette Media which Paramount recently invested in, reports Deadline.
According to the report, the shows will air on Tuesday nights and form a new Tuesday Night Takeover. Love & Hip Hop Atlanta, which originally premiered on VH1 in 2009 and is returning for Season 11 June 13th , is being rebooted and retooled with a more “docu approach to storytelling.”

Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta Run it Back is set to take MTV by storm as it is set to release on Tuesday, May 2, 2023, at 7 pm ET, exclusively on MTV. The franchise, which previously aired on VH1, is now set to make its debut on MTV as part of its Tuesday Night Takeover. The upcoming installment will feature cast members from across the franchise as they rewatch moments from the first-ever season of the Atlanta series.
