THE LATEST INSTALLMENT in the Ghostbusters franchise, Frozen Empire, continues to develop the new generation of characters introduced in 2021’s soft reboot Ghostbusters: Afterlife. But don’t worry, fans of the 1984 classic: the original trio of Bill Murray, Ernie Hudson, and Dan Ackroyd also return for this new adventure.
And while it may have been 40 years, Ernie Hudson still looks remarkably similar to how he did when he first took the role of Winston Zeddemore. The actor joined his Frozen Empire co-stars at the movie’s London premiere on Mach 21, proving that Paul Rudd isn’t the only star in the cast who appears to have just ceased aging altogether.
Wearing just jeans and a fitted black T-shirt, Hudson showed off his muscular biceps, and with his salt-and-pepper hair, people online found it hard to believe that he is 78 years old.
“The next Ghostbusters needs to have then investigate why Ernie Hudson hasn’t aged in 40 years,” wrote one fan, while others stated that he is maturing “like a fine wine.”
And a NUMBER ONE movie TO BOOT… It doesn’t appear that Hudson has any plans of slowing down anytime soon!
