Brooklyn R&B singer-songwriter Leon Thomas stopped by Genius recently to perform “MUTT,” the title track and lead single off his recently released sophomore album.

Produced by D. Phelps and Freaky Rob, “MUTT” was born in the aftermath of a bad breakup, as Thomas noticed certain similarities between himself and the dog his ex had given him during their relationship.
