Trailer Park: #MastersOfTheUniverse TRAILER is finally HERE! [vid]
The first full trailer for the live-action Masters of the Universe, directed by Travis Knight and hitting theaters June 5, 2026, opens with nostalgic 1980s nods like TV static and Fruity Pebbles before showing Prince Adam’s reimagined origin: crash-landed on Earth as a kid, now reclaiming his destiny against Skeletor’s forces. Stars include Idris Elba as Man-At-Arms, Camila Mendes as Teela, and a cast of Heroic Warriors facing massive CGI landscapes around Castle Grayskull. Fans cheered the throwback vibe and star power, though some debated Elba’s casting and the blockbustery CGI.

It’s all in the title: They Will Kill You. The horror film dropped its trailer with Zazie Beetz starring as a newly hired maid who scores a job at The Virgil — a creepy old building, one that would make any New Yorker rush past its heavily gilded doors. And then there’s that pesky pentagram embedded in its roof. But we have to assume that she really needs the money.
