Lil Nas X appears before a judge after his wild L.A arrest.
X has been charged with four felony counts related to the scantily clad — and ultimately entirely unclad — early-morning episode that culminated in his arrest Thursday morning.
The singer, whose real name is Montero Lamar Hill, is facing three counts of battery with injury on a police officer and one count of resisting an executive officer, the Associated Press reported Monday. The “Montero (Call Me by Your Name)” singer spent the weekend in a Van Nuys jail after being taken first to a local hospital Thursday morning because of what authorities said was a suspected overdose.
He waived his arraignment, pleading not guilty on all counts, according to TMZ. Bail has been set at $75,000, with the singer required to stay away from illegal narcotics and enroll in an outpatient treatment program if he is able to post bail.
