Mr. ‘You are a representative of me’, Marsau Scott was arrested this morning!

Love & Marriage: Huntsville” star Marsau Scott was arrested Sunday morning in Huntsville, Alabama. This is according to Madison County Sheriff’s Office inmate records.

Scott, 46, was booked at 7:31 a.m. on June 28. Jail records show he was booked on charges of third-degree simple assault, harassment, and an alias writ arrest for a misdemeanor. He was released from custody at 9:58 a.m.

According to the booking records, the simple assault and harassment charges were initiated by the Huntsville Police Department. The alias writ arrest lists the Madison County Sheriff’s Office as the arresting agency and carries a $600 bond.

This marks the fifth arrest involving a “Love & Marriage: Huntsville” cast member since January 2024.

Other cast members who have been arrested during that span include Maurice Scott, who was arrested on a DUI charge. Additionally, Destiny Payton was arrested on an identity theft charge. Finally, Martell Holt was arrested on a domestic violence-harassing communications charge.

Hours after his release from jail, Scott appeared to acknowledge the situation on his Instagram Story. He shared a promotional graphic announcing that he had been “drafted” to participate in a celebrity basketball tournament on Sunday, only to indicate he would no longer take part. Scott wrote, “Everyone needs a little rest every now and then,” while adding “load management” to the post.
