Taraji B. Henson makes her Broadway acting debut in the revival of August Wilson’s classic play, Joe Turner’s Come and Gone. Directed by Debbie Allen, the 15-week limited engagement runs at the Barrymore Theatre from March 30 to July 26.
Henson stars as Bertha Holly, the warm-hearted matriarch and co-owner of a 1911 Pittsburgh boardinghouse. She leads the cast alongside Cedric the Entertainer (as her husband, Seth Holly), Tony Award winner Ruben Santiago-Hudson, and Tony Award nominee Joshua Boone.
