Fans of HBO’s hit show, ‘Insecure’ was hit with some bad and GOOD news today! The 10th anniversary tour has been SCRAPPED!!
It was good news and bad news. In a video message to fans, Issa Rae, Yvonne Orji, Jay Ellis, Natasha Rothwell and Prentice Penny announced that the 13-date Insecure 10th Anniversary Tour has been cancelled, with busy schedules pulling the cast in different directions.

The good news is that the celebration is not completely off. The cast will still come together for a special 10th anniversary event on October 8 at YouTube Theater in Inglewood, the city where the show was set and filmed, giving fans at least one night to mark the milestone together.
The tour was originally announced this summer, with stops planned across Philadelphia, Washington DC, Detroit, Boston, Brooklyn, Las Vegas, Oakland, Chicago, Atlanta, Houston and more before closing in Inglewood.
Now this makes you wonder what REALLY happened? I mean, you think before these venues were scouted and dates planned, they would have cleared EACH cast member’s schedules, right? Was it an ambition effort or did the SALES not live up to the hype?
Logistically, you would think a machine of this caliber would have planned this out better to take into consideration each person’s schedule, right?
Well at least Inglewood will get to see the BAND back together and hopefully they will film it or STREAM it so the rest of the disappointed fans will be able to share in the celebration!
