When a NEW season approaches, we get salacious HEADLINES about the stars from the show. ONE headline that seems to be a HOT BURNING topic for the UPCOMING season are Domestic and Child abuse ALLEGATIONS about LAMH’s star, Martell Holt!

Holt was arrested on Jan. 15 on third-degree domestic violence and harassing communications charges. With these being misdemeanor offenses, he was able to post bond. The 41-year-old was released around three hours later, according to the Madison County Sheriff’s Office.

Holt was also first accused of child abuse in August 2022.

In June of 2023, Holt was accused of child abuse for a second time. Melody even filed for a restraining order against the father of five—four of whom are also hers. According to Radar Online, “[Martell’s] discipline and punishment of the children is excessive and abusive.” The obtained court filing read, “The Defendant has used objects to hit his children hard enough to draw blood, he has spanked them excessively, and he has used slurs and other insults towards his children as discipline techniques.”

Yesterday, the wine entrepreneur jumped on IG LIVE while having a family fun day with all 5 of his children to DISPEL all the allegations! That’s right all those ABUSE charges were DROPPED by his ex-wife, and Holt gets custody of his children 7 days on and 7 days off! So here is what Martell had to say about the whole situation!
